You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

All prices displayed on our platform are exclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable tax laws. VAT will be added at the time of payment, based on the relevant tax regulations in force.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. Dacosoft does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dacosoft Solution SRL and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from the use of the Service. Each client is responsible for how they use the provided solution and for the data entered into it. Additionally, the client assumes full responsibility for the content of the data provided and the results obtained through the virtual assistants created based on this data. The responsibility for the correct use of the solution and compliance with applicable laws and regulations rests solely with the client.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dacosoft Solution SRL, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

15. Modifications to the Terms

Dacosoft reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on this page, and continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
